Launched tour guide association Hanoi

The first meeting of the Hanoi Tour Guides Association in 2018-2023 took place at the Artec Event Center (Hanoi) on May 29.

This is the sixth career association of the Hanoi Tourism Association to organize the Congress to bring the activities of the Association increasingly professional and effective, meeting the needs of tourists.

About 6,500 tour guides registered to operate in Hanoi. The Hanoi Tour Guide Association will ensure timely updating of legal documents for tour guides to help them understand and implement law in guiding activities. It is really a bridge between the business and the guide, the opportunity to find a job for the guide and provide a source of quality guides to ensure credibility.

Activities of the Association will aim to improve the professionalism and quality of guidance of guides, to benefit customers and businesses. Tour guides will be able to improve their knowledge so that they can go to distant and difficult markets, be given opportunities to exchange and learn through activities and events; Participating in training courses on the route, conducting field trips in and out of the country.

The Congress elected Executive Committee with 21 members. Mr. Nguyen Hong Dai, General Director of Asia-Pacific Travel Co., was elected Chairman of Hanoi Tourist Guides Association.
